This Privacy Policy applies to the following applications developed and operated by Azmi Field Transit:

• Azmi Fleet View — Field harvest tracking for managers and field workers
• Azmi Truck View — GPS-based dispatch and tracking for drivers

1. Information We Collect

Azmi Fleet View collects:

• Harvest entry data — WEMA numbers, crop weights, moisture levels, field area measurements
• Grower and employee names entered by authorised users
• Vehicle and transport details (registration, transporter name, drier name)
• SAP batch numbers and production codes
• Device identifier used for data synchronisation
• Login credentials (username and password, stored securely)

Azmi Truck View collects:

• Driver name and assigned PIN
• Real-time GPS location data while the app is in active use
• WEMA dispatch status and delivery confirmations
• Driver phone number (optional, for contact purposes)

2. Location Data (GPS) — Azmi Truck View

Location data is used exclusively for:

• Displaying driver positions on the fleet management map for authorised WEMA managers
• Confirming dispatch and arrival at designated agricultural locations
• Supporting safe and efficient agricultural transport coordination

Location tracking is active only while the driver is logged into the Azmi Truck View app and engaged in an active dispatch. Location data is transmitted securely to our server and is accessible only to authorised WEMA managers and administrators within the Azmi organisation. Location data is not shared with any third party.

3. Camera Permission — Azmi Fleet View

Azmi Fleet View may request camera access to allow field workers to scan QR codes or capture field documentation. No images are stored on our servers or transmitted outside the organisation without explicit user action.

4. How We Use Your Data

• Recording and managing field harvest operations
• Synchronising data between field devices and the administrative dashboard
• Generating harvest reports for authorised administrators
• Coordinating vehicle dispatch and delivery logistics
• Ensuring operational safety of field transport

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on secure servers accessible only to authorised personnel of the Azmi organisation. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Data Retention

Harvest and dispatch records are retained for the duration required for agricultural operations, compliance, and audit purposes. Users with administrative access may delete records as needed through the app interface.

7. User Access and Authentication

Access to both apps is restricted to authorised individuals only — field workers, area managers, zone production managers, lead staff, and drivers assigned by the Azmi organisation. Each user is assigned unique login credentials. We do not permit public self-registration.

8. Third-Party Services

Our apps use the following third-party services:

• Expo (EAS) — for app building and over-the-air updates
• Google Maps — for map display in fleet view (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)

No personal data is shared with advertising networks or analytics platforms.

9. Children's Privacy

Our apps are intended for use by agricultural industry professionals only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
